Self serve no soap out of high pressure, foaming brush was full of mud to start
Convenient, but the last two times I have gone, the high pressure soap doesn't work. What a waste

Went to gat my car washed today, this is the first time I have been there this year. Since the new owners have take over they no longer prep the car before going into the automatic wash. To my surprise there was no soap being applied in the spray at the beginning of the wash, just water. Normally you can see soap on the vehicle as the sprayer rotates around the car.
