Delivery service appalling to say the least. Have used and recommended sunstrums for many years. The delivery address was repeated several times. The flowers were first delivered to another house that I know of there might be more eventually they were delivered to the right house. When I called to say what had happened I had to keep repeating what had happened the person who answered the phone began laughing no apology claiming it isn't a problem. I can not express our gratitude enough! They were so helpful and so kind. I had a colour skeem and they took that and showed me everything I would buy. I was doing my own centerpieces which was very stressful and they made it so much easier. The centerpieces turned out absolutely amazing and they even gave tips on how to bundle and make them look full. Thank you SO MUCH
I ordered my mother a flower arrangement to be delivered to the hospital in Niagara falls. I can't say enough about the service. The flowers were Gorgeous and they are still just as beautiful 3 weeks later. Thank you for the impeccable service and will definitely be ordering again.
