Dynamic and quality yoga practice – I always look forward to my yoga practice at the end of the day. It is an excellent workout for the mind and body and a great destressing method that makes me feel rejuvenated afterwards.. Great yoga community – Sunstone Yoga North Dallas is a wonderful place to practice yoga. This studio has excellent teachers and a variety of classes are offered. I particularly enjoy the focus on improving our practices and the warmth of this yoga community. It is not uncommon for people to chat with each other and the instructors after class instead of grabbing their mats and running right out the door.
Great hot yoga studio in town. – Great facilities, knowlegable and friendly instructors, well-defined classes, and very convenient schedules. Further more, free mat, free towels, free tea if you like some, and free seminars and workshops once in a while. I strongly recomment SUNSTONE Yoga studios to everyone!!
Great Workout – Sunstone has a great variety of class styles to build strength, flexibility and slim your body down - whatever your fitness goal. The instructors and fellow students are always friendly. The yoga room and changing rooms are clean. The mats and towels provided are nice because I don't have to worry about bringing anything with me. Give the $10 special intro a shot and check out any location you are close to.
BEST YOGA/ Fitness Experience – Awesome Yoga studio. Quality staff and instruction. I've never found a gym that can compare to this experience. If you are not looking to bulk up, this is the best workout you could ever be a part of. It has helped me loose body fat and replace it with lean functional muscle. Most classes offered! – Even if you are an experienced yogi or a beginner, Sunstone Yoga has something to offer to everyone. The number of classes offered throughout the day is amazing!! I love that I can still attend a class during the week as late as 8:00pm or as early as 6:00am. They really have thought about the busy schedules we all have. Now I can't come up with any excuses not to go to class!! Thanks Sunstone for the great variety of classes and availability!!
Happy to see another location!!! – I was so happy when this location opened, it's easy to get to and there is a great selection of classes to choose from. Sunstone has helped me with my health and happiness! Everyone at the studio is super nice and they are always smiling (hence the happiness line in my review). Changes and upgrades are a big improvement – This studio is so much better with it's fresh new look - people look and feel healthier in the nice blue room, and the heat and humidity and classes are all as great as you expect from a Sunstone studio. This is the third studio along the tollway, and they are all so close to each other it is really convenient to just zip to the closest studio when you want to pick up a class.
The best hot Yoga and a great friendly environment. – When I walked into Sunstone I immediately felt the stress roll off my shoulders. The classes they provide are designed for every level, when I did my first class I was so nervous I was very concerned about how my performance would be rated, I was worried about them trying to change my religion, I was worried about my excess weight, and thought I would be surrounded by thin vegetarians that passed too much gas.
