Greate Teaching Yoga in Texas – Lean, professional, friendly, warm, inviting and an AMAZING place!!!!! This place is a gem of a yoga studio. I think it is one of my favorite place in the whole city of Dallas. The instructors are so kind, caring, and great at teaching yoga. A 5 star place!

Best Workout Around! – A little background -- When I graduated college 5 years ago, I flirted with Bikram yoga for about 3 months; while I loved the workout: the price tag, culture of the studio and lack of variety ultimately didn't work for me. Are you all kidding? – I decided to try Sunstone out because they are currently offering a special for new students. I've been doing yoga for about 6 years and had read glowing reviews about the place. The classes they offer are called called things like "Earth", "Metal", and "Wood". I was just looking for a good vinyasa class! Instead of calling poses by the Sanskrit name or its translation, Sunstone has come up with their own name for poses.
