Great yoga studio with a warm and accepting environment – This yoga studio is the place to go for a hard-core work out. The people, both teachers and students, are friendly and not at all intimidating. It seems like everyone there is trying to improve his or her own personal practice so nobody is looking around, comparing themselves to anybody else. Turning back my clock!! – Have so much more energy and feel stronger. As I get older I notice my body changing in ways I am not pleased with however, since taking yoga at Sunstone I feel that I have been turning back the clock. The yoga also gives me a more positive outlook and I feel happier after each class and this feeling lingers for hours.
My friends have commented on my overall appearance. – I have been taking yoga for about six months and have completed over 75 classes. I try to come at least 3 times a week. Excellent customer service – This is like the healthy version of the neighborhood bar, Cheers, where everyone knows your name. When I walk into the studio, Elizabeth, the owner, always calls me by my name and it feels really good knowing she remembers who you are... you don't get many feelings like that these days. The hot yoga sequence gives me the best workout I've ever gotten and I think I'm addicted! :-)
Best yoga with great customer service – I used to practice what I call "gym yoga". Not anymore. I will never go back to a cold room to practice. At Sunstone, the instructors are really knowledgeable and offer great guidance and support during practice. I get a great workout!
Wish Everyone Could Practice Yoga Here! – I've been practicing here for several years, lost 20 lbs., continue to grow in my practice and rival my athletic 13 year old for flexibility. My spine is much more supple and I now measure 1 inch taller. They really pay attention to your alignment and focus...it's very unusual to find a place to practice that nurtures out of shape beginners and athletes in their prime simultaneously but it exists here.
BEST YOGA AROUND! Hot and not as hot classes. Awesome teachers. – Great classes and great teachers! The studio has a really nice atmosphere and there is a nice variety of classes. Good for beginners or more advanced students. A++++!!
The best exercise for body and mind I have ever tried! – Since becoming a member of Sunstone Yoga my health has improved - I feel stronger and more flexible now than I ever did working out at regular gyms for 20 years! Best Yoga on the Planet – I have taken a lot of yoga, and this is one of the best experiences I have ever had. The people were friendly and courteous, and had a real sense of their purpose and style when presenting the yoga itself. The other students were also friendly and helpful. The facility was clean, warm and inviting. I truly felt like I belonged. Thank You.
