Result of the roof cleaning was very good. The problem encountered was communication -- not submitting a written proposal, despite a request, but showing up to do the job. Later, lack of follow up on a second job -- house trim wood replacement -- despite numerous efforts to discuss company's assessment of the issue and the process for performing the job.
The gentleman came to the house, quoted me a price, which I thought was fair. I asked him when he could start, he said now, I said go for it. Job well done
This is a great company to hire for your pressure washing needs. The owners and workers are awesome, hardworking and trustworthy. They arrived on time and delivered great work as promised. We had no problems letting them do their work without having to babysit them or our property. They preformed a great job on my barrel tile roof that was extremely dirty. I called Sunstate Quality Cleaning LLC after reading the reviews on Home Advisor. Edgar Vazquez, the owner, came and gave me an estimate, and we agreed on a date to do both the Gutters and pressure wash the pool deck. Edgar and Carlos arrived early. Edgar did the gutter cleaning, taking photos before and after to show his work. Carlos cleaned the deck, and then Edgar joined him to finish the deck pressure washing. He came in and did an estimate, then stayed far longer than planned due to the gutters being really gad. In fact he stayed the entire afternoon. I had him requote it after the work was done so I could compensate him properly. A great and thorough job, I am having him come back every 6 months to clean my gutters.
They did a great job, showed up on time. The price was good for the amount of work done.

Edgar was on-time, did the work promptly, showed us cell-phone pictures of the clean gutters and bagged the debris rather than just tossing it on the ground. He's friendly, courteous and hardworking. He'll be doing our next gutter cleaning.
