Responsive and showed after hours for estimate. Was meticulous in the roof cleaning and I actually scheduled Edgar to come back for additional cleaning of driveway and porch.
They basically did a good job, especially on the extra things I asked them to do mainly power wash driveway and my castle block wall. In regard cleaning to the roof they did a good job. They told me that they would use low pressure and use Simple Green wash. I did not see them apply Simple Green nor did I see any evidence of same. I cannot say that they did NOT apply it. Tom, we appreciate your comments, but we want to make a few clarifications for the benefit of our costumers. Our equipments have an adjustment water pressure knob. For shingle roofs we use LOW PRESSURE WATER ONLY. That's why "no aggregate coming off shingles" were seen. Related to the application of Simple Green cleaning products we use a special wand tip that mix the water and the cleaning products.
