I have been hiring Sunshine Plumbing for years for minor work at my house. They were out last fall and unclogged 3 drains in less than an hour and it cost $180. I called them out to unclog my laundry drain, and the receptionist was adamant she couldn't tell me how much it would cost over the phone, or even give me a range. Wes installed a water heater for us, one day within calling. He was fast, courteous, and a conscientious worker. Will definitely call again.
Now that the company is under new ownership their prices have gone up substantially by switching from hourly rates to fixed rates for services. We have used Sunshine Plumbing for over 10 years without any issues. Now, our last 2 visits have been a rude awakening when presented with the quote for a SIMPLE service. Unfortunately, we will not be using them anymore given that the same thing a few years ago was around $200 and last week it was quoted at $560 for the same thing.
I had an outstanding experience with Wes from Sunshine Plumbing! He arrived promptly, assessed the situation efficiently, and got straight to work fixing a broken pipe in my front yard. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. What truly set him apart was his engaging and friendly demeanor—he made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend Wes and will definitely call again for any future plumbing needs!
