I hired Sunshine Service to install a gas water heater May 2025, It was installed without any craftsmanship using cheap and sloppy water heater quick connects that were badly bent and at first not insulated. (I would have used CPVC or Copper) In July of this year they called and informed me that they needed to check the installation for the building inspector. David was fantastic in diagnosing and finding me the specific replacement parts for my faucet. Best service Plumber experience i had so far very courteous and his helper was very funny will use them for all my home repairs in the future

Thank you Sunshine Services and in particular, Eric. We were scheduled for routine AC inspection but knew we had a few issues. Eric was patient in listening to my concerns and eager to help determine the cause. After determining the ductwork was loose, he offered to repair while here. No need to schedule an additional appointment. What should have taken about an hour turned into an all morning project. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. I had an excellent experience with Sunshine Services here in Gainesville. Their team was professional, prompt, and very thorough. Jason was the plumber who came out, and he did a superb job, knowledgeable, respectful, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Sunshine Plumbing provided superior customer service. It started with the phone call to their office. The staff who answered the phone was pleasant and genuinely interested in helping me. Because I am local, they offered to send a technician out to give a free estimate. They also texted me the name and picture of the technician who will be arriving to provide the estimate.
