Excellent service by Chris K. He saved the day :) Not only was he able to figure out what was causing the problem but also worked w/ me so it didn't cost 2 arms and legs so I don't have to worry about anymore indoor flooding.

John Clark called in advance, showed up on time, did an excellent job even though he ran into an unexpected problem, glad I requested a professional, my limited skills would not have done the job without major adverse consequences. John figured out the problem and completed the work in excellent condition and in a very reasonable amount of time. Will use Jihn again.
