We ordered some plantation shutters from Sunshine Drapery. They failed to deliver the window treatments by the date they guaranteed. When I voiced my displeasure, I received an email from their CEO. He stated "I do not wish to discuss this any further with you, nobody got sick or even died, they are JUST WINDOW TREATMENTS."
