Customer service was TOP NOTCH! Had a cellular shade pull rope break on us. It was a sunday, so we called the number to the Chesterfield location because they were open till 4pm. We got an answering service that even said they were open till 4. We decided to go there, and saw a note on the door saying they were closed from 12/18 - 12/28. Annoyed, I left a comment here on fb. Just had drapes ordered, made and installed by Sunshine Drapery. what a great service. Very Professional from the designer through the installation. Every part of the process was great and the drapes are beautiful. give them a try you won't be disappointed!
Have been a customer for many years. Just redid some window blinds and everything was done perfectly and on time. The consultant was very helpful, and the installation team was professional and friendly.
I used Sunshine two times this year - the quality of their work, pricing and people was outstanding. Diane came and helped with selection, Andy, Mike, Heather came to install, and my projects were ready when promised. Highly recommend!
This is not the old Sunshine drapery that did good work at a fair price for years. It got sold years ago. Now this Bruce (owner) just trades on a past reputation of good service and quality he doesn't or ever did provide. Very unprofessional from the owner on down. Once they get your money , they couldn't care less about you. They don't show up for install appointments. When you call and complain the owner actually said to me "well there only friggen draperies" I don't recommend anyone waste their time with this company. Oh ... read more
I worked with designer Diane Oakes-Ellegood and installer Ray Reagen and am delighted with the results. We came up with a lovely solution for my Great Room that dresses the windows beautifully and doesn't block the light that I love. Diane asked questions and listened carefully, then collaborated with me in an elegant design that put the perfect finishing touches to my home. What a great team! We are very pleased with Sunshine Drapery. The designer was very helpful and the installation team was lightning fast. The quality of the material is excellent. They have done three different rooms for us now and we have been completely satisfied each time.
Love Sunshine Drapery especially Cindy. This was the second house she helped me with decorating my windows. She is so very patient and didn't give up on me until I found what I wanted. I am so happy with what I chose and how my windows look. I get many compliments on them.
