I want to thank everyone because staff have stepped up to ensure customer safety and the entire facility was clean and sanitize. The entire process was smooth. Customer service is always the most professional and efficient. Impressed I had my first crown and I did not know that everything is done in house. I found it very safe to come back to Mt Pleasant Dental. Their procedure is so easy to follow: You re not allowed to go in until it s your appointment time. Checked temperature. Shoes were covered with the disposable plastic. Wash your hands before seated. The staffs were very welcoming.
Dr. Croy's office is up to date with safety precautions on COVID infection. I was really impressed on how they protect their patients/clients as well as the staff. I watched how the staff sanitize each room after a patient leaves. They have their protocols set in place and the staff are all compliant. Kudos to Dr. Croy and her staff.
