If you want reasonable, stable rent, a super manager and excellent apartment maintenance, check out Sunset Springs! I've lived here for 15 years because it's a great location, terrific floor plan (2 BR, 2 BA) and managed by a new company, EMG, who have made significant improvements to the property. The Manager is always fair with renters and works hard to assure everyone's safety.
