If you want reasonable, stable rent, a super manager and excellent apartment maintenance, check out Sunset Springs! I've lived here for 15 years because it's a great location, terrific floor plan (2 BR, 2 BA) and managed by a new company, EMG, who have made significant improvements to the property. The Manager is always fair with renters and works hard to assure everyone's safety. Rent at your own risk. This apartment has had to resort to paying people $100 (if they win the drawing) but only if they leave a 5-star review! YIKES! The image is a flyer that was sent out to all tenants. Looks like they are desperate to get good reviews but this place doesn't deserve 5 stars, not even close. All new reviews on here from 10/4/24 are a direct result of management trying to get 5-star reviews for giving out $100.
