ZERO STARS if I could! The PA here seem indifferent and act as if I'm bothering them by being there. It was a complete waste of time to see PA Ian Primavera, as he appeared to be very unknowledgeable. He came in without having reviewed my records and I had to ask him about my kidney screening, which he had not looked at beforehand. What a joke!
The front receptionist was very uninviting and appeared to be upset to be working this particular valentines Saturday. She was very direct and even cross with some of the patients checking in. Proceeded to wait over 2 hours in the waiting room. When we were finally seen, the nurse ran a “standard procedure” (as stated by the provider) strep test on my son who does not have tonsils, nor was I informed that was the swab they were running.
