I had a horrible experience at the Urgent Care clinic on Sunset!! Doctor Gardner was so helpful but the three women who were there should never be anywhere near patients wanting health care. Marisa blew off the hematoma that was as created by the nurse Aubrey that tore up four veins in my arms and the lady upfront Volin couldn’t care less I will never go to that place again!!
The entire emergency room team from the triage, nurses, doctors and technicians were so kind and patient with our sweet mom. Her cognitive decline alters her pain responses and delays her response times. Everyone was so thoughtful about everything. Thank you!
They were very thorough on my check up and even did some lab work. The doctor explained everything about my infection. I got the antibiotics I needed and am feeling a lot better now.
Very nice staff. Was quick in and out.
