Dr Frei and his staff are Amazing.
I had a friend come in from Oregon. He had surgery done on his hand before he came. He had to have the stitches removed. We spent 3 1/2 hours sitting waiting to have the stitches removed. We finally left without having the stitches removed. I felt that they were very unfriendly un helping people stay away from this insecure, especially when you have somebody from out of town that needs help.
I called to ask about a physician, and the front desk staff were not very welcoming or customer‑service oriented. The first person said she would transfer me to Family Medicine. The next person who answered told me again that I needed to be transferred to Family Medicine, and when I mentioned the previous girl said that’s where she was transferring my call, she got an attitude but said she’d just answer my question. After I asked and thanked her, she responded with a dismissive “uh‑huh” and hung up.
