5 Stars!!! Cierra called us first for us to start going through Costco for my new car. She was awesome and very helpful. Rita then worked with us, and we went in yesterday to purchase a 2020 CR-V Touring. She was exceptional in her knowledge and her saleswoman-ship! She made our purchase pretty painless, and then Chris took care of the paperwork on a cash sale. He, too, did a wonderful job! Bravo to all three!
We went in to test drive a Pilot and came out with something that suited us better. It was a “win win” for both of us. Ryan was very helpful and patient with us while we made our decision. 😀
Sunset Honda staff were very welcoming and helpful. We came into the building considering a certain vehicle. After discussion, we agreed that a slightly smaller vehicle (less costly) would be more than suitable for us. Staff was available over several days to accommodate our schedule.
