RecommendedNeeded oil service on my 2012 Pilot since a last minute camping trip came up for me. The Arroyo Grande service center guys got me in and all work done plus all their good observations on what is next (tires). Armando is absolutely the beat . I moved 2 years ago and lost my Mechanic of 20 years . When Armando was recommended, I gave him a try and I can honestly say it was the best move I have ever made!! I have 5 cars and three children and grandchildren . Safety is my main concern and I know that Armando always takes the extra time to make sure my vehicles are safe . Honda sales dept proved to be as customer friendly as their service dept. We have shopped with you for 30 years and counting. We love Jeremy and he really helped us with purchasing a great Honda. We plan to work with Ammon, in the future, to buy our upgrade. We are paying down our car loan to be able to have a great turn around upgrade.
All the staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable buying my first car. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Sunset Honda service center in Atascadero! 😃 I would give them a “10” for customer service. The team is cordial, friendly, knowledgeable, and on-time with their appointments. I was there today for routine maintenance on my Honda CRV, and when they checked my tires they found nails in two of them. ☹️ No problem ... the manager gave options and promptly found the tires I needed and ordered them to arrive in one day.
