Even though I purchased my '16 Honda Civic elsewhere, I wanted to get service done at a certified Honda dealership. I went there today for a basic oil and filter change, and tire rotation. Jeremy helped us right away when we came in for my appointment, and paperwork was filled out quickly. First off I was having a really bad day. My 2006 broke down I’m 300 miles from home and had to be to work at 8am the next day. It was already late, had to wait 2 hours for a tow, I was tired and so frustrated. John Janes helped me out we looked at a used Civic si which was ok but fell in love with the new Civic. John was so patient and helpful, everyone at the dealership went above and beyond to help me on a Friday night until 9:30pm, 4 hours past his shift. Thanks again everyone.
