Owned my 2003 CRV for about 8 years/120000miles, been a great car. Sunset Honda on the other hand is a joke. There's an airbag recall that puts people in danger and because my glove box is stuck they want me pay them to fix my glove box in order to do the recall. They make a car that puts people in danger, and since hondas quality apparently doesn't last 10 years, your going to have to pay money to fix their wrongs or take your/passengers chances with very dangerous situation. Even though I purchased my '16 Honda Civic elsewhere, I wanted to get service done at a certified Honda dealership. I went there today for a basic oil and filter change, and tire rotation. Jeremy helped us right away when we came in for my appointment, and paperwork was filled out quickly. He called me to let me know when my car was finished, but also about a part that needed to be replaced and they were able to fix it for me quickly without scheduling another appointment.
