My sister went through a terrible experience with a couple of the salesmen here. I watched her struggle after she had her vehicle appraised and drove her vehicle home where the transmission randomly broke the next day. They had her keys for 2 hours. They ran her credit multiple times and dropped it many points where she couldn’t be approved anywhere else. Just be weary. Honda brand is good though be weary of this particular dealership.
OK where do I begin. In September 2019, I took my 2010 Toyota Corolla in to be appraised and to check out other vehicles because I was looking to upgrade. Sales staff was very courteous and financing officer was quite professional.
Everyone is great there and this is my second car I bought from them. A week after I bought my car, my roommate bought the exact same car but in a different color! Ask for Bob. He’s awesome!
Sunset Honda Service department fixed our Odyssey Van (door) very quickly because it is needed for our ramp and wheelchair.
