immediately contacted me and set an appointment. The staff worked with me and was able to come to terms. I enjoyed the interaction and would send others to the dealership
Bad experience, up front they stated they negotiated pricing and would provide me an invoice for the vehicle. Communications were slow and end the end the sales person was out of line with comments because I did not make an offer for the vehicle as they would not provide me with a copy of the invoice. Would never do business with them.
Wish they had the truck I wanted. Very helpful. Seemed honest and straightforward.
Initial phone contact was timely. Actual purchasing experience was rather 'bush league' and took too long. Negotiations took too long because of the ridiculous 'old school' approach of "let me check with the manager" game while I wait. Not promptly returning the keys to my vehicle trade so I could leave was irritating. For future vehicle purchases, this dealership would definitely not be were I'd come first.
These guys were friendly and worked with me on getting the deal I wanted.
The price was blocked, so I had to email and inquire- they contacted me back the next day.
Good follow up.
