I asked for them to simply email me a price. They would not do it. They wanted my phone # only. So I quit responding and am looking elsewhere for my car purchase.
I requested information about a vehicle and their only concern was getting me into the door. They didn't provide any information and kept giving me excuses of why they couldn't tell me anything about the vehicle I was interested in. NOT EVEN A PRICE! No thank you!
Austin and the sales staff got back to me quickly and often as we tried to work out a deal over the phone. I live in Alaska and was trying to negotiate a price before I purchased tickets to fly to Seattle. Austin worked with me, but was unable to negotiate over the phone and work out a reasonable price before I arrived in Seattle.
The team at Sunset Ford was personable and highly communicative, but not in an overly pushy way. I live 3 hours from there. They were happy to send lots of information and work with us via email.
Joe Martinez was very consistent in trying to get us the best deal that was right for us, keeping us happy every step of the way. Thanks Joe!!
Wouldnt give me a price on the vehicle. They continued to try to talk me away from the vehicle i WANT, to a vehicle that they felt like they wanted to sell me.....waste of time
I received several emails from several people basically asking the same questions. I inquired about a price on the vehicle several times and did not hear back for days. When I called to inquire about the price I was "hard sold" to come to the dealership and "they would work with me when I was on the showroom". I didnt even stop! I bought the same exact vehicle from another dealership that gave me a much lower price and took better care of me.
Contacted them about a vehicle, and they responded in less than 5 min and have been on contact and very helpful ever since. They are not pushy towards hurrying you to buy which is nice. I told them i was just lookong around and not in a hurry to buy and all they said was please contact them woth any questions on any vehicle, or with questions on help finding a vehicle. Overall great, fast service and very friendly! Definitely going to be staying in touch and buying from them when i find the right truck!
Got a ton of emails back. I was bombarded with emails from all different people. It was annoying to get so many emails. They wouldn't answer any of my questions. All I got was a generic email back from the guy I was "supposedly" dealing with, telling me to call him. That's even after I explained that I wasn't able to call during the day, due to being at work. I purchased a vehicle somewhere else
