They do not listen to you! I told them exactly the vehicle I was looking for and they sent me everything but the rig I wanted. I replied to one of their ads on a Rig and of course they gave you very little details so you had to contact them. Simple questions with the typical Dog and Pony Show. It seems to me that the people in the Car Business are getting dumber and dumber every day! I was in it for over 12 years and we handled ourselves professionally and listened more then we talked.
