We found ourselves in Cape Charles unexpectedly and wanted to be as close to the water as possible. There aren’t a lot of options for lodging in the area, so we decided on Sunset Beach for our family of 5. We stayed in the hotel part of this resort. I would definitely NOT recommend this to anyone. It’s a very nice camp ground and the people there are so nice , we loved the pool and beach !
This was a very nice Resort. The Chesapeake Bay on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Clean and fresh rooms! Some soiled spots on carpet but not as bad. Room was clean and fresh. 24 hour store for snacks and treats. We had an enjoyable stay!!!

It has what you need all in one area. Two pools and beach and rooms are clean and staff very friendly. Only neg need update on bathroom but it was clean
Best weekend of 2018 here! Will be back again and again!
