3.5 stars. Very nice resort, nice amenities, nice pool and beach area. Friendly staff... but... There was a terrible gnat problem during our second night stay. We couldn't switch rooms due to occupancy levels. Also, the bathroom had an obvious mold problem that needs to be better addressed by housekeeping. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and would stay again. (They did compensate us for one night's stay due to the bug issue)
The KOA part of this resort is really nice.

really enjoyed our stay. Staff is friendly, prices are good. Nice beach, including a doggie beach. Two nice pools. We stayed at the hotel. Was clean and comfortable. Grounds well maintained.
