I want to add our 5 star review after having Sunset service our hvac system for the first time today. Sunset was recommended by a neighbor. Shelbi in the office was polite and professional. Tom W., the service technician, thoroughly inspected and tested the system. We are happy we listened to our neighbor. It's nice to see that there are still companies that put the customer first.
Sunset Air and Home Services had previously installed and serviced the A/C units of the home we purchased. They were contracted to provide an annual maintenance contract for us as the new owners. New Customer: Sunset was one of three companies I requested to quote a new system. Ryan L., the representative, Technician Manager, was very informative, answered all of my questions, and even made several suggestions on how to improve the set up in my home (none of the other quoting companies did this). Had a new Trane AC installed by Sunset Air a year ago, excellent customer service and follow-up! For first annual, had Gaige as technical rep, very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, A+! I've been using Sunset Air for bi-annual maintenance service to keep my new construction air/heat system running optimally for a few years now and have had no issues. I know who is coming to my home and when. Technicians have been honest, respectful, and professional.

After servicing the existing 30 year old equipment, I was informed that the tech could no longer "save" my A/C. The quote was sent to me by the next day and once I had agreed and signed, the scheduling was agreed upon and they arrived on the day, completed the install within a reasonable amount of time, cleaned up after themselves and left me a very satisfied and happy customer.
