It was time for a more efficient AC unit Sunset sold Us the unit pulled the permit about 6 months to a year later it was new roof time, The ac refridgerant lines were right up next to the roof line the nails went right into it . Sunset was notified but took no responsibility and gave Us a estimate for thousands of dollars . Our roofing contractor was notified **** ***** and immediately sent there AC guy out and repaired our incorrectly installed ac line . This is false. This incident happened in 2021. The roofer caused the problem. The roofer hit the lines with a nail. We have pictures of it. We suggested he call the roofer and have them address the issue or we would have to charge him for the repair (and it WAS NOT thousands of dollars). It has been 3 years since the issue happened and this review is irrelevant. The customer contacted the roofer (as we suggesetd) and the matter was resolved. Original call was the heater was not working and then the air conditioning stopped working also Paid for the diagnostic service was told the circuit board was bad from technician #1 Paid for technician #2 replaced circuit board still nothing working then he found a faulty fuse replaced it air conditioner working and was leaving when I checked the heat was not working called the technician back in then he said there was a bad fuse link but didnt have the part would have to order it Estimate for third visit $340 Technician #3 ... read more

We signed a contract for a new air-conditioning and now being told they won't do it. Because of the financing told me our financing was declined when it wasn't and now saying they won't except it. So thanks for making me wait with no ac. Bad business if you ask me
