Sunset Air did a good job, especially the communication with Kaylynn L. was very easy and friendly. The service technician Dan O. was difficult for me to understand with no English mother language, because he was just nuzzling. There are probably other service technicians who are more suitable for people who are not perfectly nuzzling And for the filter change on the ceiling he seemed to me to be afraid to climb the ladder. Sunset Air was wonderful in all aspects of the installation process. Mark R was the lead installer who came to our house to inspect it and give us a quote. The price was reasonable as we really needed a new system because our old one was not cooling properly anymore. We scheduled the date and time they were going to come and they were exactly right on time. I have been a customer since our home was by Adams Home in 2004. I /we, my wife and I noticed on the building plans the contractor for heating and A/C was Sunset Air. It made sense to us to use them. Each year we have done the twice a year maintenance. Including replacing the UV bulb every few years. When it came time to replace the original heating and a/c. It was a no brainer. We were fortunate to have chosen Sunset Air as our service provider when we moved to Florida in 2003. They have professionally maintained our AC with prompt, courteous service all those years. They gave us the best price and prompt service when we needed new air conditioners at our 3 different addresses. We do not hesitate to recommend Sunset Air - they are the best!

After a long day at the office, I came home around 8:30 p.m. to a warm house. Unfortunately, the AC was not working. But fortunately, I am a customer of Sunset Air's! I left a message with the Dispatcher (Maggie), who called me back immediately. In no time, Tyler contacted me to say he was on his way. The issue was diagnosed, and a temporary fix gave me the cool house I needed for a good night's sleep and to cover the situation for a few days. I have used Sunset for over 14 years. They installed a new Trane unit 8 years ago. They have always been honest and treated me right. Tyler performed a maintenance check on my system this week. He is professional and knowledgeable and answered our questions thoroughly. I have always been fully satisfied with their service.
