Machine at TX DOT never has snacks or drinks. Needs better vending machines
Last night I used the vending machine at Driscoll Children's hospital. I purchased a bag of doritos &1.50. Today I see charges for an extra 3.76 + $5.00. I know exactly what happened. The next person came up to use the machine and charged all her thing on my card, un freakin unbeleivable. Your machines just keep the card details in and allow everyone else to charge on my card without ending the transaction when I finished. I am complaining about this to the hospital staff and t consumer affairs. I want my money back asap.
Please fix your machines at the Garza West Unit. They spit money out and don’t dispense items. It’s a nightmare every weekend in visitation hearing constant complaining. Your machines are outdated and break all the time
Machines at Windsor Nursing Facility in San Diego Tx are outdated. I’ve lost about $25 this year. Not to mention, the slot is full of gunk so when u do actually get what u paid for, it’s all full of slimey black stuff. Have to wash my hands every time
Working in a nursing home in rockport their machine are constantly taking money and the product gets stuck.all the time
