Recommendedi was disappointed that it took 1.75 hours for an oil change that i had an appointment scheduled for.
I would not recommend Lakeland Toyota for any used vehicles. I purchased a car back in August 2020 and ever since it has been a complete nightmare. The vehicle I purchased ended up being modified by the previous owner and is now not under the factory warranty. Lakeland Toyota told me the best thing they can do is trade in the vehicle and get me into a new Toyota. They won’t even give me what I paid on toward a trade in. Bought a 2014 RAV4 at the he end of December for my daughter who started her new job in Dallas. Being it’s warmer there she needed to use the A/C and it didn’t work. Called the salesman to see if they would help out fixing it and he said no because I didn’t buy the extended warranty. As far as we know it never worked. Would never send anyone there as they don’t care about the customers only selling cars. Very sad.
