RecommendedSo Tracy Toyota has gotten some bad press regarding service dept and treating of employees.... Even I wasn't too keen about going there but they were the only one in the area that had the car that I wanted. However my sales experience although long, as most are was seem-less. Deepak and Tina took care of us and Listened to our needs and really helped us to get the car we wanted . Great experience with these 2.

RecommendedI went to Toyota of Melbourne and Dakota assisted me with the whole process, he was very knowledgeable, and friendly. He helped me find the right vehicle for me and didn’t try to get me into the first thing I saw. I would recommend this dealership and Dakota to anyone who needs a new car!
After taking my car here for repairs they have me pick up my car and it’s in worse condition it was in. The check engine light is on and the car is sputtering. I took my car back within minutes of leaving and had to wait in line for yet another loaner. Of course no service manager was available but I specifically told them that they better not see a charge from them on my card until my car is fixed. I just checked and there is a $3000 charge from them but yet the repairs are not done and they still have my car. DO NOT take y... read more
