I was just looking around for a new car this August when I walked into Toyota and met the the sales person, Joe Mitchell. Joe went above and beyond to explain in detail the car I was interested in. He walking me though the process in which I though would be very difficult which was suprisigly the easiest and smoothest car busying process I've ever had. I'd highly recommend going to see Joe for anyone looking for a new car. Also my dad bought a recently from joe as well and nothing has changed same great day experience!
See Rob Parm at Sunrise Toyota pre owned in Oakdale ....told my friend to go there and she found the perfect certified 4-runner for her and her family. He treats you like a family member and even bought pizza while they waited for their car.

worst new car pickup experience ever. Kept promising to call me and no one called, car was not ready at appointment time, received a voicemail three minutes prior to arrival that the trailer hitch was on back order (after being assured numerous times the car would be ready). Very unpleasant experience. Frustration far outweighed excitement and I was pretty much disgusted. They sucked the joy right out of me.
