I am extremely disappointed. I feel I was attempted to be oversold maintenance I did not need when I brought it in for the 20,000 mile service. On top of that, I was told the nail in my tire could not be patched. I was promised a picture of the location in the tire but never received it. Then was told a new tire and install would cost me approximately $400 for one tire! We took my car to another service who said it could definitely be patched, costing me only $40. He was very upfront, willing to answer all my questions and was able to put to rest any concerns I may have on the vehicle. RecommendedThey are usually very nice but on this occasion I had a bit of a problem as I was pulling my car up so I would not be blocked and the lady that was helping me assumed I was leaving without paying! Also after having it in shop my speedometer is not working and I paid sixty dollars for a wax and clean and the inside was not touched!
