Wonderful experience today that I didn't expect. Stopped by to discuss new lease deal for another RAV-4 (my 5th one) and was able to find the perfect one and drive away in just a few hours. I had an awesome experience from beginning to end. I decided to take the time to drive out from NYC because I was recommended by a family member. I went in thinking I wouldn't be able to afford a 4Runner, let alone leave that day with one, but Bruce Rabin (General Sales Manager) and Bruce Levine (Sales Consultant) were patient and helped me find the right model to fit my needs. This is the second time I've bought a car at Sunrise Toyota and I'm very happy with the car and the experience. Johnny Ramirez worked to find me a car that worked for my budget. Very happy with the car (Camry hybrid) and hope to have it for a long time. The only negative was the waiting time from sales, insurance & financing. Other than that, the showroom is great, waiting rooms are clean and comfortable.
