So first off. Troy my salesman was great. except the explanation of a "pre paid" service plan. don't be fooled like me. we drive 10k miles per year. we get 1 oil change and 2 tire rotations. We paid financed might I add 867$. for a total of 4 oil changes and 8 tire rotations. this was never explained as prepaid. I have the text to show I pay nothing for this plan.
