I was very pleased with the ease of bringing the car in for service. There was no waiting and the car was ready earlier than expected. Everyone who worked there was friendly and pleasant and there was nothing I’d improve.

I want to thank Lauren for her exceptional customer service. She truly went above and beyond in helping me. I had to visit another Toyota dealership the morning that I was leaving for vacation. When I was told that the service they were suggesting was not covered I called Sunrise. Not only did Lauren feel that the service being suggested was not necessary she also spoke to the dealership and voiced her concern to no avail.
