Brought my 2016 RX350 in because my driver door would not unlock from the outside. Instead of going to Harvey Lexus, I decided to let Metro fix it instead. Big mistake. I dropped it off on a Monday, was told to pick it up Tuesday. Literally went to drive away and the door was still not unlocking from outside. RecommendedHave always had an amazing service experience from the staff at 355 Toyota, whether purchasing new or used! They deal with issues or hurdles seamlessly, and always do everything in their power to make the dealer experience a great one!
Metro Toyota will promise you that they need you because their service department is a mess then stab you in the back as soon as soon as they can. Their service department manager won’t train you at all and will get upset with you because they didn’t give you proper training because everyone who’s been there’s for over a year quits because they see how awful they are treated.
