BUYER BE AWARE!!! Slowest appraisal company, not BBB accredited…stay away!!!! They use old comps… A year old at least… And they miss everything! In order for an appraisal to be good for the VA, the comps must be within the last six months and 11 miles from the house! They will cost you thousands, you have been warned! They quoted $395,000 for a home that is only 1700 ft.² 2 bedroom. As a Seller. We received the appraisal results back timely (7 days). Not sure what was in the appraisal but we got the OK from the agent pretty quickly.
If you are ever buying a home thru FHA or any other mortgage programs I would check to see if this is the company doing the apprasials. Their inspectors are negligent and do their jkob poorly. When confronted about their mistakes they hide and do not take responsibility. They will end up costing you thousands of dollars.
