They are so personable and responsive
Car was not ready for purchase. They promised to fix obvious problems discovered during the test drive and then never again contacted me. They were nice enough otherwise.
Very good buying experience with this dealership. The owner is Jay and there is also a mechanic that works there. They were both so friendly and honest when selling the car to us. We saw the car on Monday, we applied for a car loan Tuesday, I got the loan check and I bought the car Wednesday, and I signed final paperworks on Thursday. Dealer responded very fast to my inquiry, I went in for a test drive, the car was clean with gas. Every encounter with the employees was friendly and accommodating. Even after driving off the lot.

Bad. Gave him all info. My credit was approved. Told me he would call on Monday to pick up car. Never called. When I called he said he never talked to me and wanted ,5000.00 down
Very responsive to email inquiries. I didn't end up buying but the dealer sent pictures of the car as I had requested more - I'm out of state.
