Never answer their phone worst service ever
This was a very frustrating experience, I was a new patient and Dr. Schwartz explained everything that was going to be done during the EEG and I waited a long time for both of my appointments patiently. The day of my EEG the nurse technician was braking rules of HIPPA during my test by speaking about other patients information in front of me on the phone, had a computer screen with everyone's information on it, during my test. Just terrible staff one medical assistance I really liked and it seems like they just got rid of her it's like these guys are trying to put a bad practice together
I have been a patient of Dr Schwartz for a few hears. I had a telemed appointment with Dr Schwartz on 9/21/20 which was great. We decided to refill a migraine medicine for me which I was having success with. Because this is a new to the market Prescription the pharmacy sent over a request for Dr Schwartz to confirm this medicine and it never for taken care of.
