Horrible experience! I'm beyond furious!!! My husband took in my 2014 Ford Explorer as the passenger side heater was blowing cold. (Amongst other issues this vehicle has had: split open door panel, CV boots going out, and parking brake braking). Almost $1000 and 3 days later for the heater and a couple "recommended filters", my husband goes to pick up my car and notices the back up camera not working. Brought my truck to get an oil change, I paid for "The Works" package two days after I left my front passenger brakes started to make a metal to metal sound upon checking them I noticed my rotor scratch and when replacing my brakes my pad had no brake pad at all. take into consideration that the dealership service department said I still had 7 mm left on my brake pad. ***DONT TRUST THIS DEALER*** Purchased a 2018 Toyota Tacoma from this dealer with 22,000 miles on it. Took the truck on a test drive and the salesman which was Kevin C******* told me the truck was in top condition and nothing wrong with it. The truck looked absolutely spotless and so i thought i had nothing to worry about. I sat down and worked a deal which was also like pulling teeth with these guys. My actual rating is -3 stars 1 Star: I left my vehicle with them on Thursday 05/13/2021 and promptly got it back on Friday 05/14/2021 in worse condition. I needed a door latch replaced and come to find out it is a factory recall so I was happy I did not have to pay anything. I do not think the technicians were happy about that though because upon my vehicles return to me the speaker on that door was broken and it also makes a very strange revving sound on that side now. THIS DEALER IS A SCAM!!!! I am not surprised that this place has so many low stars. I live out in Burbank and I had been calling them for 2 days arranging for my dad to go out and see the vehicle he wants. For the 2 days that I had been calling them, I specifically gave the vehicle description of what we were looking for and they informed me that they have 2 in stock. Purchased a new F350 Super Duty Truck from Sunrise Ford. They had pre-installed what they called a "VTP" or Vehicle Theft Protection device consisting of a keypad and a mechanism that kills the ignition if you don't have the right code. They tacked on additional costs for the device, which is more of an inconvenience than a benefit. It's also redundant considering that the truck has a Ford key chip system as standard equipment that is a more advanced and effective theft deterrent. Sunrise Ford review This has been the worst experience ever. They promised they had checked the truck for all mechanical issues and said it was perfect. I asked for the extended warranty and they said the truck was to old. Truck was an 07 f250 Diesel had 74,000 miles so not a lot.bought the truck.
