Our 2018 Ford F250 Super Duty (6.7 turbo) was taken to Sunrise Ford on 02/20/2023 because there was a moderate diesel fuel leak discovered after a 25 mile drive. Nothing was leaking before that drive, but it was discovered after we parked the truck and noticed diesel fuel dripping onto the ground from the engine. The cashier informed us we would have to speak with Firas to get the parts. We had him paged and about 15 minutes later he presented us with a box that contained the original fuel filter only. DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!! They installed and aftermarket anti theft device on the truck that is now causing all kinds of issues. It is literally malfunctioning causing the truck to be stranded. THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION ON HOW TO REMOVE THIS AFTERMARKET DEVICE. AVOID SUNRISE FORD AT ALL COST!

I placed an order on 08/31/22 to buy a 2023 mache e premium. On 11/24/23 I received an email from Ford.com stating that my vehicle had shipped to Sunrise Ford in Fontana and I should be able to pick up the car by 12/16/22-12/22/22. Todays date is 1/27/23 and I have no car yet. LOVING my new car, DID NOT purchase from here though! (Read all the way through for the dealer we did use and LOVED!) The car market is HOT right now and we knew this going into our purchase. However as a customer, we also knew we wanted to support a dealer capable of providing a no hassle, no haggle, straight forward car buying experience. Former employee. I was relieved of my duties for contracting covid 19 because they refused to send employees home for having “allergies”. I ended up very sick and nearly died. Seth M***** who requested my medical records in violation of hipaa, and James S****** were involved. I discussed this with Lisa in HR and my call was never returned post call. I would like them to agree to damages they’ve caused and reimburse fair compensation or they will be served for the full amount.

Bought a brand new F350 2022. It had a chip on the paint of the door handle. It will take 3-4 days to fix according to them but won’t put us in a rental because I wouldn’t retract a bad review I left from my sales experience. The owner Kevin K***** relayed a message to me through employee Lesly that they would give me a rental to the door of my house if I took the review down. Biggest price gougers known to man. We live in MN and were making a deal to purchase a Ford Maverick. We negotiated a deal of $40k for the truck, said they were going to call us back with tax info, deposit amount required to hold the truck, and flat bed rates. Guy called us back and said he wasn't able to sell us the truck any longer because someone was interested and coming in the next day, didn't care that we were about to put money down with a credit card, so we ended the call. If I can choose zero stars I would. This is the worst dealership ever! Very unprofessional, terrible quality and absolutely terrible communication! Took my car in for three recalls, new mustang Mach-e. Two recalls were to replace the front window and panoramic window seals. The third one was a software issue. When I get the car back I noticed that my fast track sticker was missing the windshield looked different.
