They do not fully sedate. They also don't tell you that when you call to schedule (even though I stated that clearly) or when you're talking to the dentist themselves (also explained that is what I wanted to do, Dentist said no problem and didn't say anything regarding that they don't actually do that) and after sitting for 25 min waiting for the nice lady at the desk to input everything and then tell me the only out of pocket would be for nitrous?!? 4 1/2 years ago I was in a vehicle accident and broke several teeth. They did some fillings and a bridge in the upper front. The fillings soon cracked out. NO WARRANTY!! BUT we'll redo them and charge again. NO WARRANTY!! Now the bridge cracked out and is totally gone. WARRANTY?? No way!! Only one year warranty. BUT we'll redo is and charge again. In a world where nobody seems to do for one another. Sunrise dental will join that same mantra. No compassion, no compromise. Super unhappy with the service and policies. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
I had covid and couldn't make an appointment like 2 years ago. They refused to schedule anything with me after that, charged me for an appointment that never happened, and are now suing me for $408 dollars. Have no idea how the dentists are. Office staff is Hella rude. Billing department clearly doesn't understand how an exchange of service works.
New patient to this location. I was very pleased with my experience. I would highly recommend this office for your dental care needs
