I am so pleased that I finally listened to a friend’s recommendation to go to Dr. Ely, and let go of the vet I’d used for many many years. What a wonderful and caring staff Dr. Ely has! Each person in there has treated my beloved senior dog, Jack, like the king he is; they dote, talk sweetly, are so gentle and patient. And that makes me feel good, too. Best experience I’ve had with a vet. Dr. Ely and her team are so thorough and professional, and made my baby feel comfortable even without me there. They are incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
I would recommend these ladies any day, I have never seen a group have so much compassion and kindness. I would absolutely everyday trust my pet here. If you are kind, and not demanding aka: A Real Human-explain what is going on and they will not turn your pet away. They care about animals here, and you!

Amazing people work here! They helped us with our unfortunate situation of having to put two of our fur babies down today. They made it so peaceful and easy for us! I want to thank Dr.Ely and her wonderful staff again!!! Y’all made a horrible situation bearable for us and we thank you!!!!! ❤️❤️
