Horrible. I visited here Sat Aug 9th, 2025.The address I was given was 3330 Sungrove Ln. I arrived a little after 10 pm & sat for a bit in front of 3301/what looked to be a leasing office.When the person I was visiting came down to greet me I asked where to park having noted a mostly empty lot & grouping(vehicles parked near one another).I saw spots marked visitor, asked if thats good to park at,was told yes,& didnt think anything further about it.
