⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience with Sunny Title! Jennifer was my main point of contact and she was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and always on top of every detail. Veronica and Quinn were also incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their team if you want excellent service and people who truly care!
I know anyone can make mistakes but make sure to check detail and meticulously your closing disclosures, this title company failed to collect my seller’s property taxes correctly, this caused a year later after closing for us to find out about a shortage in my escrow account, still waiting on a response back from them for a resolution, or at least an apology. We all make mistakes but no, I would never use them again
I’ve used Sunny Title for my last three houses and I’ll never use anyone else. What I love most is their constant update throughout the process. I’ll continue to use Sunny for all my future home purchases!
