I went to get my nails done here before a vacation. I had a gel manicure done (I unfortunately don't remember by who), but the very next day one nail had fallen off. I went back to get it fixed before my trip, which they did, but the next day (while already on my vacation), three more had come off and by the second day of my vacation, all of the gel nails had come off. Terrible paint job, chipped the same day!! Then they were aggressive and pushy asking for tip. If you don't give me good service or what I ask for, don't expect let alone force tips on your clients. Never again will I ever give this business my money.
i actually used to love this place. i typically get more fun designs and the staff executes them well. however i had a negative experience with the helen the owner. i typically give $5 tip to everyone who helps do my nails. i asked helen to break down a $20 bill so i can give everyone (3 people) their respective tip. when trying to get my $5 back helen held onto it and said “no this girl drilled off your toes and hands so you have to give her $10” i stared at her and just let her keep it. i should not have money snatched fro... read more
I’ve been a customer since this salon opened and I appreciate their fair pricing. That said, there are a few things that could be improved. Choosing a polish color often feels rushed, and when it’s busy, they may work on your manicure and pedicure simultaneously, which takes away from the relaxing experience. Additionally, at checkout, staff occasionally stand nearby waiting for a tip, which can feel a bit uncomfortable.
