We are impressed with all stages of the purchase, installation and activation of our Sunny Energy Solar system. We experienced no problems and the system was fully operational in a matter of weeks, once APS made full approval and inspection. We installed a 110% system, and fully expect that our APS bills will be nothing, or close to it.
Sales person was very professional and prompt. Customer service was on top of the whole job and went very smooth. Construction was prompt and professionally done. They took care of any thing to do with the association and the city permits and inspector. Also arranged with the power provider.
HIGHLY Recommend Sunny Energy for your residential Solar Panel needs. Living in Arizona, I felt somewhat obligated to at least consider Solar energy for my home’s electrical needs. I went into the venture not knowing if I could afford it or not, AND with an extensive list of questions. I eventually talked with 9 solar companies. I had a 9.9 Kw system installed in 2017, and I could not have had a better experience. From the initial meeting to the installation it was a seamless process. I was very fortunate that my sales person happened to be the customer service representative (Melanie Love). She met with me because the other sales-people were out on calls. I was very pleased with Sunny Energy. The installer did damage some of my siding. He showed it to me, didn't hide it, and told me the company would fix it. Melanie worked on a solution. Even came out on a holiday. It was fixed. I'm also pleased with my solar.
