Outstanding company! We had our system installed about 2 months ago. Their communication is outstanding as they communicate by email...showing where you are in the process and they are extremely realistic. We all want it done asap, however they let you know realistic time frames. Absolutely a painless experience. We've had our system up for almost 2 months and APS owed us money...pleasant surprise!

Going into the process I really did not have any idea what to expect but Sunny Energy took care of everything, from permits to dealing with the electric company. I also have to comment on how quick the install team was. They were able to install all 30 of my panels on my rood in 2 hours flat (amazing). By comparison, the neighbor down the road had an install team onsite for 3 days. Great experience all the way around.

From the very first call I made with Sunny Energy, I was immediately taken care of! They had a rep within a day come out and thoroughly go over all the details about our solar energy potential and was extremely kind and personable! We are six weeks after bringing the solar system on line and it is working as designed. The system is generating enough electricity to significantly offset our electrical usage. The AC runs in AZ summers a lot and is the single largest demand of electricity. The entire process went smoothly. In general this is a great company. The sales person seemed like he did his best to get us what we were looking, some things he took his time getting to us though. The front office staff was great about answering all our questions and getting back to us in a timely manner. The whole process was quick and easy.

Getting solar through sunny energy was THE worst decision I have ever made. Their salesperson Juan was a family friend who talked up solar panels to me and my family. I regretfully believed that it would benefit our home and reduce our electricity bills. The install was done in 2016, now three years later and I am still paying really high electricity bills plus the solar loan payments. Fantastic company to get your solar panels with. They use top quality panels and inverters. Friendly and very helpful throughout the entire process. Answered all questions promptly. Would recommend for anyone to use Sunny Engery team.

We started working with Sunny Energy a few months ago and the process has been extremely smooth. We were able to get a great price with them via LoanPal and both companies have been extremely easy to work with since starting things up. If anything, the only hold ups we ran into were with APS when it came to them coming out and monitoring/setting their end of things up. I'm looking forward to seeing the change in our electric bill over the next few months!
