I would like to share with anyone concerned that our dealings with Sunny Energy have exceeded our expectations. They were recommended by our neighbors and we found them to be professional, concerned and responsive in every way. They answered our questions and assured us that we could contact them with any future concerns we may have, regardless of time frame. You won't go wrong with this company if you are considering making this home investment.
Very happy with the Sunny Energy solar panel installation and service. They were extremely professional every step of the process. Sales person was positive and informative without being pushy. Administration kept us fully advised before each step of the inspection, installation and finally orientation. The panels look great and after six weeks are operating above expectations.
Initially came across as genuinely caring people wanting to work with you, but one they sucker you in to committing to their 25 year agreement (even if you move), the hidden fees, EXTREMELY poor customer service , and apparent willingness to resolve concerns or issues goes away. I could not be happier with Sunny Energy and my decision to choose them for my solar installation. I researched multiple companies and chose Sunny because they were competitive, used excellent solar panels and inverters, and had great reviews on their post-installation support. I have to say, this company far exceeded my expectations. The sales person was patient and provided far more relevant information than any of their competitors. We paid a mortgage-amount for our solar panels and have not been able to enjoy the energy efficiency and lower energy bills that we were looking forward to. After paying to have our panels removed and replaced after a hail storm, we were told that our panels had water damage and work needed to be done. We contacted this company and more than a year later, we can't get anyone to fix our solar panels. Promised results they couldn't deliver. Stated they would "add panels" if my bills were high in the summer. My electric bill (without solar) would have been $250 this month. I "sold" $50 in solar, leaving my bill at $200 PLUS their loan is $150 leaving me at $350 in electrical costs plus loan. Not worth the money at all. Sales rep also told me there are no more "peak" charges with dolar. Also a lie.
