I just had 24 panels installed on my roof. My sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the process and timelines very clearly. ******* checked in with me at each step and the project went forward on schedule. All of my questions were addressed in a virtual walkthrough. Interestingly, my system is performing a bit better than i actually expected, so kudos to Sunny Energy!

Sunny Energy installed ~22 panels on my property for a projected 120% of my average monthly need. The salesperson was a pleasure to work with and was able to answer all my immediate questions, without being overly aggressive. After I did my own research (a must), he answered my follow ups equally well.The install was absolutely painless, and as timely as the highly regulated process would allow.A follow up "walk through" provided another welcome opportunity for questions. Sunny Energy provided a pleasant experience. Everything was on track and the timelines they provided were fairly accurate given they’re not always in control. I always received follow up emails to update me on the next steps or the current status of the process. The staff was great and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and provided as much clarification regarding the solar panels. They were overall a great company to work with.
Sunny did a great job with our rooftop solar project. Communication was always prompt, the timeline was reasonable, and they offered very competitive pricing. After receiving proposals from 4 solar companies we chose to go with Sunny Energy and we're happy we did.

Sunny Energy communicated every step of the way on our Solar installation. Excellent customer service and a great product. The REC panels the provide are some of the best panels in the world and are NOT produced in China, one if the main reasons we chose Sunny Energy. I our initial contact with Sunny Energy was replied by Chris W*** the CEO and Owner. This type of response was the same for all staff we have dealt with.
